Habbo Credits are the hotel's currency - they are what you use to pay for extras in the hotel, like diving and furniture for your guest room. Your Habbo Purse is where all your Habbo Credits are stored. You only need Habbo Credits if you want to use extra features such as tickets for diving, furniture for your room etc and you can play Habbo as well without them.

You can buy credits on Habbo Australia, for Australia and New Zealand. One credit usually cost 25 cents, however the minimum of credits you can buy at one time is 12, which in total is 3 dollars. It is extremely important that you have permission of the bill payer to buy credits. Not getting permission, or buying credits you know you can't repay will give you a full ban to Habbo Hotel.

There's no way you can re-create or log into any other Habbo account again if you do get banned for this reason.
